How to resize your Nexcess Cloud account

How to resize your plan to a larger or smaller service.  

What you need

Billing pro-rate

Depending on your selection, we will immediately charge or credit the credit card attached to your account with a prorated amount based on the number of days remaining in the month and the relative cost of your new plan.

Step 1: Access your cloud account dashboard

ATTENTION: If you wish to move between shared and dedicated environments, contact our support team by email or through your Client Portal.

To access your cloud account dashboard, log in to the Client Portal. From the home page, click Plans.

Step 2: Select account

Either click its name, or select Account Dashboard from the menu toggle

Step 3: Select and execute your upgrade

  1. Click UPGRADE which will be for a higher plan. 2. Select your desired plan, then click UPGRADE

  2. You will be notified when the plan has been resized. 

Your upgrade is complete!
