immediately. We ended up having to restore from a backup at Nexcess and he had the entire thing done in less than 30 minutes. In addition to restoring our site, I had various questions about Nexcess's hosting and backup strategies and he knew everything and was very knowledgeable.
I've worked with a lot of different hosting companies over the years and Nexcess is by far the best, and Barry is hands-down the most qualified person I've ever received support from.
I wouldn't take my clients anywhere else. When it matters (and it does) you need a great hosting company with responsive support and Nexcess should be your first choice.

city and affected my site. I was frustrated and angry and all they said was that they were working on my site to get it back up as fast as possible. I called again and I was rude the the a representative, next week someone calls me from WP Engine they said i was rude to the staff they terminated my account. I was in the market for a new hosting company, I found INMOTION HOSTING. They advertise and they are supposed to be #1 and the best. THIS WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!! This company is the worst of the worst. They offer free hosting transfer. They do not test anythin
g. They transferred my site, it was down I happened to be in another country on vacation without my laptop. The biggest torture mistake and stress of my life. Their customer service and their engineers do not know anything at all. After a 2-3 month pain torture with this company, problems after problems. then my emails would get bounced back to me. I decided I had gone through enough pain, suffering and torture. I got back to NEXCESS.NET. They are excellent, the best and they are experienced and the top of their niche. I have nothing but the best to say about this company. They are incredible. Their service is top notch, their prices are incredible. their customer service staff really cares and i love NEXCESS.NET. I am confident with their service, I am confident I can host with them and have my site up and running fine. Please keep up the excellent work.
