How to stop automatic PayPal payments for your Nexcess service.
What you need
- One or more Nexcess services currently being paid via PayPal subscription.
- Your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact the Nexcess Support Team.
- Your PayPal login credentials.
Subscribing (no longer available)
We no longer offer the option create new PayPal subscriptions, though you may still make one-time payments using PayPal. See How to pay invoices with PayPal for more information.
Canceling
ATTENTION: If you wish to cancel subscriptions for multiple services, you must repeat the below steps for each service.
- Log in to the Client Portal dashboard. Click Services, then select the correct type of service.
- Locate your desired service. From the menu toggle, click View.
- From the menu toggle, select Cancel PayPal Subscription.
Log in to your PayPal account and follow their instructions.
