How to switch Client Portal accounts

We've enhanced the appearance of our portal and we're working on updating screenshots. Things might look different, but the functionality remains the same.

How Nexcess clients can switch between Client Portal accounts when they are assigned to multiple accounts.

What you need

  • Your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact our support team for assistance.

  • You must have already be assigned to more than one account. For more information about adding users, see How to add or delete users from the Client Portal.


  1. Log in to your Client Portal.

  2. On the dashboard, from the <Your Name> drop-down list, select Switch Client
  3. Select the radio button corresponding to the desired client, then click Login.
