How Nexcess clients can switch between Client Portal accounts when they are assigned to multiple accounts.
What you need
- Your Client Portal username and password. If you cannot locate this information, click Forgot Password? on the Client Portal login page or contact our support team for assistance.
- You must have already be assigned to more than one account. For more information about adding users, see How to add or delete users from the Client Portal.
- Log in to your Client Portal.
- On the dashboard, from the <Your Name> drop-down list, select Switch Client.
Select the radio button corresponding to the desired client, then click Login.
