How Nexcess Cloud clients can generate a CSR for use when applying for SSL certificates.
What you need...
You must be a Nexcess Cloud client. For inquiries, please contact our sales team between 9 a.m.–5 p.m. eastern time (ET), Monday–Friday, or visit our website.
If you are not a Nexcess Cloud client, you may instead generate a CSR in SiteWorx.
Method
To generate a CSR for your Nexcess Cloud service, open a ticket with our Support team by email or through the Client Portal. Include the following information with your request:
ATTENTION: Do not abbreviate states, provinces, cities, or localities.
- Two-letter ISO country code
- State or province
- City
- Company
- Company division
- Common name; usually your domain name, as in “nexcess.net” or “www.nexcess.net”
- Your preferred email address to register with the domain, which must be one of the following:
- postmaster@yourdomain.com (recommended)
- administrator@yourdomain.com
- admin@yourdomain.com
- webmaster@yourdomain.com
- hostmaster@domain.com
