How to view or reset HTTP authentication credentials from your Client Portal.
What you need
Your Client Portal login credentials. If you cannot locate them, click Forgot Password? on the login page.
An existing dev site. See How to create dev sites in Nexcess Cloud for more information.
Log in to the Client Portal. From the home page, click Plans.
Locate the account with the dev site, click Development Environments. From the menu toggle for that dev site, click Dashboard.
From the home page of your dev account, select the Main Menu, then click Access.
In the Developer HTTP Authentication section, click View Password or Reset Password, as desired.
