We are always working hard to improve your experience here at Nexcess and our recent updates to your customer portal will hopefully do just that. Though largely an under-the-hood overhaul to help speed things up and to make way for future feature updates, there are some changes you might want to be aware of as you work in your refreshed portal.
New Portal URL
You might have noticed when you first logged in that your portal now resides at my.nexcess.net as opposed to portal.nexcess.net. This is an intentional change and while your old URLs will all redirect to the new URLs, we wanted to let you know about this in case you had shortcuts or other bookmarks in need of update.
Mobile Experience Improvements
Managing your portfolio of websites on the go has never been easier. With improved mobile responsiveness and dynamic page scaling, you can quickly make the changes you need and get back to doing whatever you like.
Support Ticket Enhancements
We’re here for you 24/7/365 and getting in touch with us is even better with the updates we’ve made to your support area. In addition to the improved typography and layout, you can now add watchers to your tickets in case you want to include someone else in the conversation. It’s also easier to request migration assistance with our improved request form, nested within your support ticket section.
Portal Design Enhancements
In addition to the backend improvements, we also made some aesthetic adjustments to the front end, largely consisting of typography and layout upgrades. These will make everything easier to use and nicer to look at, which is always a good thing.
