Overage Billing for the Nexcess CDN




On Oct 8, 2020, Nexcess implemented overage billing for the Nexcess CDN.



Q: What is the free tier limit?


A: Nexcess allows all customers to use 250 GB of Nexcess CDN free of charge. This is a monthly limit. $0.10/GB after the monthly free limit has been reached is the overage cost.




Q: Where can you see CDN usage and billing in the portal?


A: You can see CDN usage and billing in the performance tab in the Nexcess Client Portal. Click on see CDN usage and billing information to see CDN usage.
