Complaints and community guidelines
What to do if you find a Nexcess hosted website that violates acceptable use
Website and content complaints
As sometimes happens in today’s world, there can be differing perspectives on content within the hosted sites of our customers. Nexcess infrastructure is simply an enabler and we don’t, as a rule, police content.
Nexcess, a Liquid Web Brand, has specific guidelines for acceptable use. We take complaints very seriously and do our best to resolve all complaints in a timely matter. Please review Liquid Web’s content complaint policy for more information.
If your complaint refers to a specific website, the complaint should be made directly to the website owner.
Social media guidelines
In order for social media to be an environment everyone can enjoy, we reserve certain rights. Please review Liquid Web’s social community policy for more information.
We appreciate your interest in participating and look forward to your conversations.
