How Nexcess Cloud clients can delete and create MySQL databases from their Client Portal.
What you need
Your Client Portal login credentials. If you cannot locate them, click Forgot Password? on the login page.
Superuser access to an existing Nexcess Cloud account. See How to create Nexcess Cloud accounts for more information.
Method
Log in to the Client Portal. From the home page, click Services > Plans.
Either click its domain name, or select Account Dashboard from the menu toggle.
Click Menu > MYSQL.
To add a database, click Add (1), name the database, then click Add again. To delete a database, click the trash can icon (2), then click delete again to confirm.
