Retirement
Our goal is to retire features and products only when we can offer replacements that provide better value to our clients and to be transparent about any and all upcoming changes.
To that end, we provide the following:
- Reasonable advance notice: For minor changes relating to retirement or deprecation, we give at least 1 month’s notice. For major features or products, we provide at least 6 months’ notice.
- Effective alternatives: Whenever possible, we provide comparable alternatives from either our own offerings or from reputable third parties. When appropriate, we automatically migrate client services to these alternatives.
- 100 percent support until the retirement date: Whether the day before, or months before, we’ll work with you to get the results you need.
On occasion, we may need to accelerate our retirement timeline due to extenuating circumstances. These include, but are not limited to, security-related events and decisions made by third parties to change or discontinue an integrated feature or service. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as circumstances allow.
