We are always on the lookout for hard workers and we provide a great work environment for people with drive to shine (and have fun). We're currently hiring for a few positions listed below. Please note that unless otherwise specified you must be willing to commute to the Dearborn, Michigan area and work a 9-5 style work-week. We do have positions that require evening/night work as well along with some that are a remote-style "work from home or other" setup.

Hours: Full Time - Work Sat/Sun, 2 weekdays off - 9 - 5 (roughly)
Location: Data Center - Dearborn, MI (No remote applicants please)
Salary: Based on experience - benefits available.
Skills Required:
- Very good customer service skills
- Lots of patience and an innate will to help others
- Very good problem solving skills
- General Linux & Windows experience. FreeBSD experience a plus
- Familiarity with the web hosting process & how web hosting works in general
- Familiarity with web hosting software (Apache, Qmail, Sendmail, FTP, SSH, etc)
- Ancillary knowledge of scripting languages a plus (bash, PHP, ruby, perl, python etc)
Duties: Provide direct client support via our helpdesk, e-mail and phone. This includes general client issues (e-mail, ftp, connectivity) as well as some script debugging. For dedicated clients this can include server reboots and general "remote hands" for clients in need. Duties also include setting up new clients, doing server installs and general data center tasks. This position has upward mobility opportunities if you prove yourself. We're a small company and aren't looking to hire robots.
