With such a large, high profile audience, reliability and highly accessible customer service have been paramount for this immensely successful website. As such, it's no wonder that Nexcess was chosen as this site's web hosting provider.
JoBlo.com was first started in 1998, and grew rapidly. By 2003, it became apparent that the customer service at JoBlo's previous web hosting provider was poorly accessible, especially in the middle of the night. When someone could be reached, it was often more difficult still to get much of anything done by the person on the phone. Since making the switch in 2003, JoBlo has never again had trouble receiving fast technical support, or ever had to worry about support not being there.
